SOLO SESSIONS 

£4.00 per hour (Note: Full price sessions always take priority, and, as such, Solo sessions may be subject to short notice cancellation). 


EQUIPMENT HIRE 

Guitar & bass heads/cabs (Marshall/Trace Elliot/Peavey) £1.25 each per hour. 

Drum kit (5 piece Pearl Export) Without cymbals £9.00 per 4 hours. 

Drum kit (5 piece Pearl Export) With a set of Zildjian cymbals £12.00 per 4 hours. 


SPECIAL DEALS FOR PART/FULL BACKLINE HIRE 

We also do a limited outside hire service at competitive rates. This service is restricted to bands who regularly rehearse here and is subject to availability of equipment. Speak to Paul for a quote. 


STORAGE (subject to availability) 

SHARED LOCK-UP (2 bands sharing) £6.00 per week.
SHARED EXTRA LARGE LOCK-UP (2 bands sharing) £7.00 per week.
LARGE LOCK-UP £12.00 per week.
EXTRA LARGE LOCK-UP £14.00 per week.

Note: storage is payable weekly in advance.


OTR's Cancellation Policy 

All sessions must be cancelled no later than 48 hours before session is due to take place, otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the rehearsal.

If we are able to re-let the studio for the full rate, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

If you have to cancel, you will be given a cancellation number, please retain this number as you will be asked to produce this in the event of a dispute.


Please note: We are unable to accept cancellation messages left on our answerphone.
Please talk to us directly, say who is making the cancellation and ask who you are speaking to. We in turn will let you know what the cost (if applicable) will be.
